São Paulo – June 6th, 2025 – MiQ, the global programmatic media company, has announced the appointment of Guilherme Assumpção as Managing Director for Brazil, marking a key milestone in its expansion across Latin America. Based in São Paulo, Guilherme will be responsible for launching and structuring MiQ’s operations in Brazil—one of the region’s most dynamic and promising digital markets.
Guilherme brings over two decades of experience in the digital and media industries, with a career spanning leading global companies. He held leadership roles at Yahoo, Spotify, and IPG Mediabrands, where he led high-performing sales teams and played a central role in business growth and client partnerships. He also held key individual contributor roles at Google and Microsoft, experiences that were instrumental in shaping his strategic and commercial expertise.
Most recently, Guilherme co-founded Bossa Nossa Casa, a purpose-driven circular economy startup focused on sustainable high-end design. His professional journey blends deep market knowledge, commercial leadership, and a passion for innovation and sustainability.
Guilherme holds a degree in Communications and Media Studies from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado and has participated in executive education programs from institutions such as Singularity University Brazil and Hyper Island. He is also known for his active involvement in initiatives that promote sustainability, diversity, and digital transformation.
With Guilherme leading the Brazil operation, MiQ aims to deepen its relationships with advertisers and agencies, and deliver cutting-edge solutions based on data, programmatic technology, and measurable outcomes.
