We want to make things better for the industry, our people and our planet. As part of this, we encourage all our clients and partners to embrace our sustainable solutions. We also keep a very close eye on our day-to-day operations and our wider supply chain. Here’s how we do it: 

• We have an internal environment policy, which every MiQer supports. 
• We have clear Net Zero targets across all greenhouse gas (GHG) scopes. 
• We provide public GHG reporting in our annual report. 
• We have a dedicated Sustainability employee resource group. 

To help everyone thrive at MiQ, we mix grassroots initiatives with leadership-driven policies. And, to hold ourselves accountable, we publish an annual Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accountability (I.D.E.A.) report.

In 2025, we aim to: 

1. Develop the most inclusive managers.  
2. Champion more diverse recruitment pipelines. 
3. Inspire strong leadership that unites MiQ. 
4. Mitigate bias at every point of the employee lifecycle. 
5. Enable MiQers to bring their passion to Employee Resource Groups, and support our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
