LG wanted to target affluent audiences for its premium TV range, advance them down the funnel by engaging them on Whatsapp and driving them to LG stores.
MiQ crafted an audience targeting strategy on programmatic channels that took the audience directly to LG’s WhatsApp account, and built a chatbot to personalize the user experience to drive engagement. We tracked the user journey, monitored their intent to visit LG stores and buy the range of products online.
We also did an extensive analysis on audience behavior of targeted audiences that gave LG insights on their potential customer’s online preferences.
Our WhatsApp chatbot solution yielded rich insights about our audiences, which enabled a better understanding of our consumer’s behavior in their buying journey across online and offline retail channels. We discovered that over 45% of our audience wants a demo before buying, and we were able to drive to nearby stores and better guide them in their purchase decisions.
